Annual holiday boat parade with hundreds of decorated vessels sailing the waterfront. Festivities begin at 3pm with Santa's Village (winter wonderland with real snow, Santa meet-and-greet, and family activities on the City Pier), followed by the main boat parade at 5:30pm featuring local vessels competing for prizes. Concludes with a 5-7 minute fireworks display at 7pm over West Beach.
